The RB600x400-5 is a roller conveyor blast machine designed for the efficient cleaning, de-rusting and preparation of steel sheets and profiles. Thanks to the five powerful ‘Eeco’ blast turbines, this machine offers high production speed and an even finish of the material. The integrated abrasive recycling system and dust extraction ensure an optimal blasting process with minimal waste and low maintenance costs.
The workpieces are placed on the roller conveyor and automatically transported through the blast chamber. The blast turbines throw the abrasive onto the material at high speed, resulting in thorough and uniform cleaning. The blasting medium is collected, filtered and reused via an air washing system, while dust and fine particles are discharged via an integrated dust filter.
The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC control, which allows easy adjustment of blasting time, transport speed and cleaning parameters. An integrated brush and blow-off system removes excess abrasive after the process. Optional automatic height adjustment, frequency-controlled turbines and an abrasive refill system can be added for maximum efficiency and ease of use. Robust construction and high-quality wear protection ensure a long service life and minimal downtime.
